TACFIT Barbarian Review

This my TACFIT Barbarian Review for the Scott Sonnon’s latest fitness program. The program contained three main sub-programs: TACFIT Barbarian, King of Clubs, and the 28-Day Primal Challenge. TACFIT Barbarian itself is a parallette bar exercise which is very similar to a gymnast conditioning.

King of Clubs is the first program by the creator for the clubbell itself. Scott was reluctant to produce his own program as he felt that he might be sounding like a salesman that only wanted to promote his own equipment. But after many years of acknowledgement by the fitness industry, he finally gives in and produces this masterpiece of a program. If you are a hardcore kettlebell user, you would definitely want to check this out.

The 28-Day Primal Challenge is a diet plan based on Scott’s own studies and experiments. If you’re Scott’s avid follower you will notice that he had shed off the remaining excess fat in the last three or four months. The diet itself is not too far off from the paleo diet, but with a little twist here and there.
